Dosage
Half of one square to one and a half squares in recreational dosage. 2 squares to 3 squares would be therapeutic. More then 3 squares would be Spiritual to Deep dosage. For first time users I would recommend one square at first then wait 30-45 minutes and see how you are feeling. The effect of medicinal mushrooms last for 6-8 hours.
